We deliver to serviceable PIN codes within India. Address serviceability and applicable delivery charges are confirmed before payment.

Estimated delivery

The estimated delivery time shown for an order begins after order acceptance. A typical estimate is 3–7 business days, but carrier availability, remote locations, weather, public holidays or address issues may affect timing.

Dispatch and tracking

Customers receive an order number after checkout. Tracking details are added after dispatch and may be viewed through Track Order or My Account when available.

Delivery issues

If a parcel is damaged, incomplete or materially different from the order, retain the packaging and contact Customer Care promptly with the order number and supporting photographs where possible.
