Information we collect

We collect account, contact, billing, delivery, order, support and technical information needed to operate the store. Payment credentials are handled by the payment option shown at checkout. EasyShop will never ask you to send a PIN, password or OTP.

How information is used

Information is used to provide products, process orders, communicate service updates, support cancellations and returns, prevent misuse, maintain security and meet applicable tax, accounting and legal duties.

Sharing

Necessary information may be shared with payment, hosting, logistics, communications, professional and government service providers for the stated purposes and subject to applicable obligations. EasyShop does not sell customer personal information.

Data retention

We retain personal information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to complete orders, provide customer support, maintain security, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and comply with applicable legal, tax and accounting requirements. Retention periods may differ by record type and an unresolved claim or legal requirement may require longer retention.

When information is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymised. Backup copies are removed through the normal backup-rotation process.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to identity verification and any legal retention requirement, by contacting Customer Care or the complaints email published on the Contact page.
