Cancellation Policy

Customer cancellation

Eligible orders may be cancelled before dispatch through My Account or by contacting Customer Care. Once an order is packed or dispatched, the Return Policy may apply instead.

EasyShop cancellation

EasyShop may cancel and refund an order if payment is not confirmed, stock becomes unavailable, the address is unserviceable, listing information contains a material error or a fraud or safety review cannot be completed.

Refund after cancellation

Any captured amount for an approved cancellation is handled under the Refund Policy and returned to the original payment method where supported.
