Cancellation Policy

Customer cancellation

Eligible orders may be cancelled before dispatch from My Account or by contacting Customer Care. Once packed or dispatched, the Return Policy may apply instead.

Merchant cancellation

EasyShop may cancel where payment is not confirmed, stock is unavailable, an address is unserviceable, listing information is materially incorrect, or fraud/compliance checks fail. Any captured amount is refunded under the Refund Policy.

Bulk or customised requirements

Cancellation terms for a written bulk quotation are stated in that quotation and may differ after customer approval or production begins.
