Warranty Policy

Coverage

A product-specific limited warranty applies only when stated on its product page. It covers the stated functional defect for the stated period and does not create a warranty where none is displayed.

Exclusions

Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised modification, incorrect installation and consumable deterioration are excluded unless required by law.

Claim process

Contact support with the order number, SKU, issue description and reasonable evidence. Resolution may be repair, replacement or another remedy depending on eligibility.
