Processing and delivery

Standard orders are normally processed before carrier handover and estimated for delivery within 3–7 business days. Oversized products, remote PIN codes, peak periods or address verification may require longer.

Charges and serviceability

Available delivery services and charges are shown in the cart or checkout before payment. Orders may be cancelled and refunded if a destination is not serviceable.

Tracking and receipt

Tracking is provided when available. Customers should inspect outer packaging and report damage, shortage or incorrect items promptly with the order number and evidence.

Risk events

Weather, carrier disruption, public holidays, natural events and other circumstances beyond reasonable control may change estimates; support will assist with unresolved shipments.
