Return Policy

Standard request window: within 7 days of recorded delivery for eligible items, unless the product page states otherwise.

Eligibility

Eligible products must be unused, complete, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Incorrect, damaged or materially defective products should be reported promptly.

Hygiene-sensitive products

Opened, used or hygiene-sensitive beauty and personal-care items may not be returnable unless they were damaged, defective, incorrect or otherwise returnable under applicable law. Product-specific restrictions are shown before purchase where applicable.

Request process

Submit the Return Request form using the valid order number and billing email. Do not send products without return instructions. Approval depends on order verification and, where applicable, inspection.
