Refund Policy

Approved refunds

Refunds are initiated after cancellation approval or returned-item eligibility and inspection. Approved amounts are normally returned to the original payment method where supported.

Timing

EasyShop normally initiates an approved refund within 5–7 business days. Financial institutions may require additional time to post the credit.

Deductions

Original shipping, return shipping or diminished-value deductions may apply where disclosed and legally permitted. Defect, damage or fulfilment-error resolutions are handled according to the facts and applicable rights.

Failed refund

If an approved refund is not visible after the stated processing period, contact Customer Care with the order and refund reference.
