We collect account, contact, billing, shipping, order, support and technical information needed to operate the store. Payment credentials are handled by the payment method shown at checkout; EasyShop does not ask customers to send PINs, passwords or OTPs.

Use and lawful purpose

Information is used to provide products, process orders, prevent misuse, communicate service updates, support returns, meet tax and legal duties, and improve website security and performance.

Sharing

Necessary data may be shared with payment, hosting, logistics, communications, professional and government service providers subject to applicable duties. EasyShop does not sell customer personal information.

Retention and security

Records are retained only as needed for orders, support, accounting, tax, fraud prevention and legal obligations. Reasonable organisational and technical safeguards are applied, but no internet system is risk-free.
